1. Who we are
Rockmark ("we", "us") is an AI-powered product studio operated by Max Mikhaylovskii. These terms govern your use of rockmark.agency and any digital products, blueprints, or services purchased through it.
2. Digital products
Blueprint Packs are digital goods (Cursor skills, guides, and templates) delivered by email after purchase. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use them for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files as your own.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (NOWPayments) in cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in USD and converted at checkout. We do not store your payment credentials.
4. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you did not receive your product or it does not match its description, contact us at hello@rockmark.agency and we'll make it right.
5. Services
Custom development engagements are scoped and agreed separately. Milestones are approved by you before work continues. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until a separate agreement is signed.
6. Disclaimer
Our products and content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
